Lost or delayed packages

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at libmerchshop@atomicmail.io with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that are worn or washed
Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after placement, as long as production or shipping has not yet started.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at libmerchshop@atomicmail.io with your order number.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
