§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (finom Metall Kft., Fabian Löffelmann, Kámáncs puszta lakóház 6, 8800 Nagykanizsa, Hungary, info@finom-metall.com) by means of a clear statement regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§8 Voluntary Return Policy

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

During this period, you may return products to us – even if they have already been used – provided they are in good, undamaged condition.

For our activated carbon filters and nests, the following applies:

• Used but not burned products: Full refund

• Products with visible signs of use (e.g. from burning): 50% refund

You bear the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
